About the Role
Within this role you will be responsible for operating front of house, this includes direct customer contact alongside offering support in a variety of different ways. You will be passionate about providing customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands with us.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
* Administering customers files correctly, whilst building a genuine rapport.
* Handling telephone and email enquiries, both inbound and outbound.
* Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals.
* Satisfaction targets in the form of customer feedback.
About You
It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have a professional telephone manner as well as be able to communicate effectively via email and in person. You will be a team player, as well as be able to work individually to achieve daily targets.
