Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Duties:
- Manage financial services, including financial accounting, accounts payable, and financial planning
- Implement cost control measures to maximise profitability
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain financial management systems to track financial performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Sound knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
