ROLE Senior Recruitment Consultant- Industrial sector

LOCATION Ashford Kent

HOURS Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

My client is a reputable established recruiter that have been around since 1992 and have a fantastic reputation in the market place, they have more than 70 branches recruiting into many different sectors. They are currently seeking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their profitable and successful Ashford branch in Kent Industrial Division. You will be assisting with the recruitment of Warehouse and Production staff for their key clients as well as building your own desk within the area.

The office has a relaxed, friendly, but professional environment and the training and development provided by my client is second to none and can take you to a management role should you so wish.

They are looking for someone with 12 months plus experience in the recruitment industry and within the industrial sector plus a good knowledge of sales techniques to help grow the division, you must be dynamic in your approach with a can do attitude, the job can be very fast paced so good organisational skills are essential as well as thriving in a business development/ sales environment
