Systems Architect

Location: Woking (Hybrid 1-2 days a month)

Salary - Up to £95,000

Investigo are currently working with an industry leading hospitality software provider who are currently carrying out a massive systems upgrade. With a strong commitment to technology and cybersecurity, they are looking for a dedicated Systems/Data Architect to join their dynamic team. If you're passionate about data, have a knack for designing robust data systems, and are knowledgeable about cybersecurity, we'd love to hear from you!

As the main Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex data architectures across multiple systems. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration and security of our system and data infrastructure, supporting various business functions and enhancing overall data management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the designing and implemention of scalable and robust architectures that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data systems, ensuring high data quality and availability
Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, databases, and data warehouses
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant cybersecurity protocols and regulations
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to optimise data architecture and management
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring best practices in data management
Monitor and improve data system performance, resolving any issues that arise
Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture, processes, and policiesQualifications:

Proven experience as a Systems Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on multiple system integration's.
Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in data management technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, ETL tools) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with experience implementing secure data solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data-related challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
