Platinum Recruitment works with multiple Hospitality establishments in the Lymington area, and we have a great ongoing opportunity for a talented Bar Supervisor to work within a well-known site based in SO41.

START DATE 28TH MAY 2024

As a Bar Supervisor you will be managing the drinks service of a popular private members club.
Taking drinks orders, working the till and taking cashless payments.
Delivering a high standard of drinks including made-to-order Alcoholic drinks and Coffee's
Clearing tables, running food orders and managing staff.
Working with a large volume of customers in a busy environment.
Shifts will be on a split basis 12:00-15:00 and then back to run the evening Service 18:00-21:00
The shifts will be every Tuesday and Sunday throughout the busy summer season.
