As a Junior or Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Engage with clients at all levels.

* Research and develop new business.

* Network, Source and select candidates for current live opportunities.

* Understand clients' and candidates' situations and needs.

* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.

* Negotiate contracts and new starter offers.

* Deal with general queries relating to customers’ needs and requirements.

You will be responsible for finding the most suitable applicant for each position. That will mean screening several potential candidates before moving forward appropriately.

The Package:

We are looking for the best talent. In return for your hard work, we have built a very competitive package.

We provide a supportive and lively environment along with top-level basic salaries and an uncapped commission structure.

Competitive basic salary – Circa £20-45k.

Generous commission structure – 25% of all billing – Uncapped.

Stretched targets based on billing – 3 year budgets paid in lump sums.
