Sales Team Manager - Call Centre - Crewe - Permanent - £35,000 basic + OTE £55,000

We are proud to be working with a fast growing and award winning Tech business based in the heart of Crewe in brand new offices with an amazing environment. Due to their ongoing success in the UK, we are on the hunt to recruit a Call Centre Sales Team Manager to take the reigns of their high performing B2B sales team in Crewe

About the Call Centre Sales Team Leader Manager role:
* Growing an existing telesales team and improving performance through coaching and day to day management
* Daily motivation of the team to achieve realistic targets through continuous coaching
* Working with all internal stakeholders throughout the business
* Training new starters and established team members
* Interviewing and recruiting advisors to grow the team
What the successful Call Centre Sales Team Manager looks like:
* A good level of previous experience working as a Sales Leader/Manager within a B2B telephony environment
* Previous telephony based leadership experience
* Demonstrable experience of delivering results against targets via your team
* Someone that wants to join a business that doesn't stand still - someone outgoing and confident that is able to provide a real input to help shape the business
