We're seeking an Eplan Engineer to join our team for immediate involvement in our international projects, focusing on electrical energy technology. Based in The Hague, you'll primarily be working on the development of distribution systems tailored for the data center industry. As an Eplan Engineer, your main responsibility will be translating detailed designs into Eplan.

Joining our operating company, "Smart Infrastructure," within the "Electrification & Automation" department, you'll become part of a vibrant, relatively young, and diverse team comprising 70 engineers. Over the past year, our team has doubled in size, and we're actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us. Our department specializes in crafting customized energy solutions for demanding clients both domestically and internationally, targeting the high-end market segment.

Responsibilities

Your main focus in this role will be on technical detailed design, with support from an experienced lead engineer. There are opportunities for advancement to electrical engineer within our department. The rapid turnaround times and high client demands ensure a dynamic atmosphere during project execution. Responsibilities include:

• Creating electrical designs using Eplan.
• Developing wiring diagrams, terminal lists, and material lists.
• Performing support tasks for the electrical engineer, including creating and verifying nameplate lists and consumer lists.
• Addressing technical issues.
• Incorporating as-built and red/blue comments.
• Generating drawing packages using typicals/macros.

• Proficiency in Eplan P8.
• Completed MBO or Bachelor technical education in Electrical Engineering.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a broad technical interest.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Option for remote work up to 3 days per week, to be discussed.

Primary employment conditions

• A gross monthly salary of up to €4000
• A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
• 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries

Secondary employment conditions

• Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)
• 5% ADV allowance
• Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
• 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
• Travel allowance
• Internet allowance
• Home office allowance

You will be seconded for one year via Yacht, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this year
