We are now looking for a skilled MEP Lead to join their dynamic team on-site in Helsinki, Finland.
The Role:
As an MEP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Data Centre projects by leading a team of talented Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. You will ensure the seamless execution of high-quality designs, while maximizing cost efficiency and enhancing construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to deliver top-quality results.
Design Optimization: Propose design changes to improve cost-efficiency, enhance quality, and streamline construction timelines.
Commercial Insight: Demonstrate commercial acumen by ensuring projects are delivered within budget without compromising on quality.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
Collaboration: Liaise with contracts managers, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure accurate and timely information flow to all subcontractors and site personnel.
Technical Oversight: Review drawings and specifications, addressing any errors or omissions with the design team promptly.
Project Resource Management: Identify project resource requirements and lead the team to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
Health & Safety: Champion the highest standards of health and safety on site.Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading MEP teams, particularly in Data Centre projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of procurement, scheduling, programming, and project sequencing.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
Data Centre Experience: Direct experience in delivering MEP systems for data centre projects is essential.Why Apply?
