CK Group are recruiting for a Molding Process Technician to join a medical technology company at their site based in Groningen for a 6-month contract.
The Company:
Our client is a world leader in pharmaceutical and medical research. At their Groningen site they are developing advanced medical optics.
Location:
This role is located at our client's site in Groningen.
Process Engineer Role:
Your main duties will be:
Mixing monomers & polymers.
Cutting, lathing and polishing polymers.
Assisting with process development and scale up projects.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A degree level education in chemical engineering.
Hands on experience molding, milling, lathing and polishing.
Prior experience in polymer mixing.
Knowledge of process and equipment validation.
Experience with analytical techniques such as DMTA, GC and HPLC.
