Vivid Resourcing - IT Project Manager

We are partnered with a rapidly growing consultancy company in Limburg, seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join their team. With a diverse portfolio of high-end clients across Belgium, the company offers a stimulating environment, and have had a successful past few years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, extensive experience in the IT field, and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.
• Strong background and knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
