We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and overlook the development of our clinic side software suite. To be successful in this role you should have a keen interest in healthcare, user research and reducing time-to-value. Your main responsibilities include leading problem and solution discovery via user tests and interviews, stakeholder management, working closely with the design and development teams, writing user stories, using data in your day-to-day decision making - and managing the resolution of various problems end to end. Our ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, have a technical background, and be passionate about digitally transforming healthcare.
Your mission:
Own product related problems end to end: problem identification, success metric definition, solution discovery, user research, feature design & specification, testing, roll-out, monitoring, documentation.
Work closely with a group of talented developers, designers and QA on a dedicated part of our product to improve patient/user satisfaction.
Support the company's growth by developing sustainable solutions that foster clinical employee efficiency and satisfaction.
Collect first-hand information from our clinical users and draw smart conclusions for the future of your products.
Create and maintain the roadmap for your product components.
Join a team of 6 product managers and report to the Director of Products - Clinic side.
Share your product management experience with the team, mentor junior team members.
Your talent:
Strong analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems into addressable items
Ownership attitude and curiosity to dig deeper into problems to understand root causes based on data-driven decision-making
3+ years of product management experience of SaaS products in fast-paced environments (start-up, consulting or FMCG)
Experience in user research
Experience in product discovery (e.g. "Inspired" by Marty Cagan)
Ability to write SQL queries (we use PostgreSQL) on your own is a plus
Must-Have: excellent English and German language skills.
