Seize this opportunity and support our team at one of our office locations (Munich, Berlin, etc.) or remotely across Germany, starting immediately in full-time as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d).
Your tasks
Be responsible for defining the product strategy for the Education Content Creation area in collaboration with stakeholders, academic experts, and leadership.
Convince key stakeholders through data-informed and customer-focused prioritization approaches to align your roadmap designed to increase customer value.
Take full responsibility for the whole life cycle of your products.
Define, monitor, and improve product health and success metrics.
Drive your initiatives in line with IU group's strategy and the priorities of our business unit.
Your Profile
At least 4-6 years of experience working in a Product Management role, ideally with some leadership experience.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Agile mindset, persuasiveness, and strong communication skills in English, German is optional.
A structured way of working to deal with competing priorities and organizational complexity.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data driven idea validation and testing.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You take ownership of your work and make things happen.
Experience in building educational products is advantageous, but not required.
