As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission will include handling customer queries via phone, email and chat, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
In order to be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proficient knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Italian or French, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Hebrew, Czech
Good level of English (B2);
Good computer and internet skills;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
