The family-owned hotel for naturists and nature lovers, Vritomartis (established in Crete 1989 and operating with the special license of the Greek National Tourist Organization – GNTO) is recruiting for the summer season 2021.

Job Description:

• To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers with the key aim of retaining and attracting customers.
• To lead the waiting staff whilst on their shift, and monitor waiting duties through to completion.
• Ensure staff works as a team while making sure guest needs are being met.
• To handle work-related problems and resolve them.
• Responsible for pool bar being opened and/or closed properly each day.
• Looking approachable and professional.
• Assist other staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience is required
• Speak, read, write and understand the English language
• Good presentation skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Appearance and positive attitude

• Ready to join our team for a period from 23 April to 1 November 2021
