Stafford Lawrence Ltd Construction and Engineering Recruitment Consultants are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Consultant, with experience of very high net worth clients to join our clients consultancy team on a prestigious project in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Please read the requirements carefully, this position requires a 6 day week and this is not negotiable as this client insists on a 6 day week.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities
* As a Facilities Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to the Client for the management of their Facilities.
* As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve our Client’s overall facility management practices. You should possess a strong understanding of construction and FM transition.
* You will work closely with the Client to identify and address challenges.
* The ability and experience to conduct comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the Clients current Facilities and to develop tailored solutions to optimise Facility Operations and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement customised facility management plans based on Client’s specific needs and objectives.
* Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Advise clients on best practices for energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of facility management plans.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed.
* Above all you must have a very strong understanding of industry best practice for FM and have experience of emerging trends and technologies.
* Experience of High Tech Residential or Hotels/ Super Prime/ Luxury is certainly key for this position.
* Very strong client liaison skills at a very high level.
Qualification Requirements for the Senior FM Consultant KSA
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role. They will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
* Bachelor's degree in the Engineering or FM field, Degree preferred but not essential depending on experience.
* Preference for someone with membership of a professional Facilities Management body
* Proven experience in Facilities Management, with a minimum of 10-15 years in a consulting role.
* Proven knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Facilities Management software and systems.
* Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
* Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Salary & Benefits
An excellent total package salary is available for this Senior Facilities Management Consultant vacancy.
N.B The role is a demanding one for an extremely prestigous client and requires a six day working week , this is Mandatory. Candidates will receive a base salary PLUS Overtime for the 6th Day.( Additional Detail below)
The base salary banding provided by our client is (phone number removed) SAR per month total package, this figure includes accommodation and transport allowance. Overtime payment amounts to an additional circa 12,600 SAR per month
* This role is 6 days per week, Basic hours 5 days per week are 48 hours with an additional 12 hours weekly totaling 6 days , this is in total 60 hours per week.
* In addition, Medical cover is provided on top of the total package
* Bonus as per Saudi Law
* Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
