They are seeking a Client Service Director to spearhead their expansion into the public sector, steering a team of 36 experts towards growth and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
Possess a minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience within digital communications or media agencies
Demonstrate a robust portfolio of successful client engagements, particularly within the public sector domain
Stay abreast of cutting-edge technological advancements and media trends to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation
Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to adeptly lead teams, engage with clients, and represent the agency across various platforms.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Remuneration
Competitive monthly package of SR 50,000 coupled with comprehensive medical insurance and an annual performance-based bonus potential of up to SR 150,000.
