The role:
Driving and delivering product development across a range of categories and in partnership with key customers
Delivering against briefs and proactively identifying and delivering additional opportunities for range expansions and new products.
Playing a key role in managing customer relationships using original and inspired ideas for presentations and meetings.
Developing products with commercial and technical considerations right from the start of the development process.
About You:
Already held an NPD role within the food industry with a level of ownership and autonomy for the development process from concept to launch.
Passionate about food with a broad range of food influences.
A track record of delivering products to market and experienced in working closely with customers and delivering pro-active concepts.
An excellent understanding of current food trends and a breadth of product knowledge would be highly advantageous.
Happy to working under your own initiative from supplier interaction through to customer presentations, launch and beyond
