Senior Landscape Architect / Associate level Hire – East Midlands
Our client, a dynamic architectural practice, is on an exciting growth trajectory. They have secured significant projects and are now seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead a new division within the company. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of their landscape architecture services.
With offices in Northampton and Newark, they are considering candidates within commuting distance of either / both of these.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive the growth of the new landscape architecture division.
• Collaborate with architectural teams on integrated projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
Core Competencies
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing projects and teams.
• Strong client management and business development abilities.
• Expertise in landscape design, planning, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture within the UK.
Benefits
• Salary in the range of £40,000 - £50,000.
