Responsibilities:
Provide essential IT support to office based and remote staff.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain the company's IT systems.
Collaborate with the IT team in the UK, and in Lithuania, to maintain and enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
Providing technical support to staff, often via phone or email
Documenting technical issues and resolutionsRequirements:
Have a passion for computers and technology
Understanding of TCP/IP networking
Good knowledge of PC hardware with experience of diagnosing problems
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11
Experience with Microsoft 365
Experience with MacOS, iPadOS, iOS
Ability to commute to remote offices independently
Enjoy helping people and solving problems
Are a quick learner and eager to gain new skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
