Care Home Manager
Builth Wells, Powys
Up to £47,201
I am looking for a special person to manage a 30 bedded home with state-of-the-art facilities delivering specialist care and nursing services. The home is set among beautiful grounds overlooking a river in the historic market town of Builth Wells.
This job will involve:
* Using leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
* Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
* Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
* Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times
For this great post you must have:
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Previous experience of managing a care home
* A caring and compassionate nature
