* Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, painting & decoration, and basic plumbing
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Joinery, painting, changing doors and locks, tiling
* A Joinery qualification would be desirable but not essential
