What you’ll do
Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care.
You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it’s vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures
Care plan development and assessments
Walk rounds
Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care.

You will be keen to develop your leadership skills, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families and determined to drive continuous improvement.

Oakfield Croft is a purpose built care home that opened in March 2020. The home is close to the heart of Sale and only a few minutes from junction 7 off the M60. Our new Sale care home provides completely personalised residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 60 people. The emphasis at Oakfield Croft will be on enabling residents to continue to enjoy a wonderful lifestyle.
The home has its own cinema room, hair and beauty salon – plus an inviting café where residents and visitors are free to help themselves to a freshly brewed coffee or speciality tea, as well as a slice of homemade cake
