My client are a UK leading facades and building restoration contractor delivering a wide range of services including cladding and re-cladding, building restoration, rendering, EWI, and steel framing. Projects they work on include student accommodation, mixed-use developments, large historic buildings, healthcare, education, leisure, and hotels, with projects valued up to and over £5m.
They have worked with several leading main contractors across the UK, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services.
With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting projects, they are seeking an experienced and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:
Working on a range of external facades and building restoration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
Guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant project delivery
Meticulously reviewing project expenses for precision and rectifying any discrepancies
You'll be engaged in evaluating, negotiating, and ultimately finalising budgets and costs associated with project scope alterations
Furthermore, you'll play a vital role in crafting and managing procurement schedules, as well as preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing.This position offers a dynamic environment where you can hone your skills and contribute meaningfully to project success.
