Responsibilities within your new role
* Crafting a menu centred around nutritious and innovative brunch dishes
* Directing the kitchen team at the forefront of operations
* Supervising all facets of food preparation and kitchen production
* Ensuring strict compliance with EHO, COSHH, and HACCP standards
* Managing a cohesive kitchen staff, from recruitment and training to scheduling
* Monitoring inventory levels and procuring supplies efficiently
* Upholding a hygienic and orderly kitchen workspace
Your personality, experience and qualifications
