Telesales
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Person to join our client based in Winchester.
The successful Telesales will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls.
Seek enquiries in for the sales team to quote.
This will require working with 3 types of customers:
First time calls, cold calls to introduce the company and see if they would have a requirement.
Perspective calls, calling the existing data base of customers yet to use a service
Existing customers, to reinforce relationships for future business
Expectation to achieve 15 calls per hour and spend at least 7 hours on the phone every day, rest of the day is admin
Working on a CRM system with a phone system linked
The Telesales will have:
Computer literate
Strong communication skills and positive telephone manner
