They currently have a monumental development in Dagenham that will deliver 3,500 new build homes, with the first phase comprising 935 units. Your Role: As a Senior Site Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing a £40 million groundworks and infrastructure package. Reporting directly to the Project Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of the site, including health and safety, quality, and productivity.
* Managing subcontractor teams to ensure the successful delivery of the groundworks and infrastructure package.
* Collaborating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
* Implementing effective project management strategies to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
* Monitoring progress and performance against project milestones and targets.
* Providing regular updates and reports to the Project Director and other key stakeholders.
Your Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience managing large-scale groundworks and infrastructure packages.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
