Salary £35,800 + % bonus of new contracts
Field based London and Surrounding area's
Monday - Friday 40 Hours per week

A newly created role available for Field based, Service delivery Area Manager to join a growing facilities organisation that proudly remains a privately owned family run business. As an Area Manager you will manage a commercial portfolio of businesses providing them an "one stop shop" facilities provision. We are looking for a people person to Direct line manage up to 70 staff across 45 contracts.
An Outstanding communicator is required to look after the delivery of contract cleaning and other related services. If you have Excellent people management skills and experience within an operational role, we would be keen to hear from you
Basic Duties
- Area Management of up to 70 staff across 45 contracts
- 1st point of contact for cleaning staff and customers, mainly Facility and Building managers.
- Conduct on site service and performance reviews.
- Day to day, audit and compliance checking
- Prioritising health and safety at all times
