Project Manager
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to join our client’s team in Reading. As the project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of mechanical and electrical projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a short/medium and long term pipeline of Project opportunities.
- Full responsibility for the safe management and delivery of project works.
- Working alongside contract teams and client to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.
- Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required
- Work within the current CDM process
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement necessary corrective actions
