Our long standing client are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team.

Purchasing Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

* Prepare various reports when required

* Using internal databases

* Update and amend purchase orders using ERP

* Making sure supplier import documentation is accurate and received on time

* Handling any purchase order enquiries

* Communicating with suppliers and updating them on delivery dates

Purchasing Administrator Ideal Candidate:

* Previous administrative experience using Microsoft office software

* Experience working within a busy office environment (Purchase team beneficial)

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Experience using ERP / MRP systems

Purchasing Administrator Working Hours:

* Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
