Key Responsibilties
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
* Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry desirable but not essential
* Not afraid to get stuck in and help out in all aspects of the restaurant
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work between 36-39 hours per week, on a shift basis including evenings and weekends.
