Do you want to make a real difference in young person’s life who has faced trauma and struggle to navigate life? A provision in the North West of Bristol encourages students onto a positive path by the guidance of their supportive staff/ role models.
We’re looking for someone who is confident de-escalating challenging behaviour and possess strong behaviour management skills. ALso those who are highly reliable and most importantly, empathetic as this role requires you to be understanding as this is what the children require.
About the role:
- Small class sizes of 4-6, creating strong relationships with the students.
- No prior teaching qualifications/ experience needed
- Monday- Friday (08:30-3:30). Work fits into your life which creates a healthy work/life balance
- £83/ day and paid weekly and accessible routes
What you need:
- The drive to make a difference to these pupils day
- Confidence to work with young people who exhibit challenging behaviours and struggle to regulate their emotions
- To be adaptable and resilient in challenging environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
