Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for an IT Support to play a crucial role in providing first-line technical support to clients, over phone and email.
Hours of work are shifted across Monday – Friday, 9am – 7pm, and once every three weeks working a Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Support, you will be:
* Providing prompt and effective first-line technical support to clients via phone and email
* Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
* Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
* Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
* Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
* Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for the role of IT Support, you will need:
* Previous experience within an IT/Technical Support position or a recent IT graduate
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
* A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers
