Digital and Customer Product Manager – Signet Jewelers – Croxley Park, Watford
Full time, permanent contract
Hybrid role, two days a week in our Croxley Park office, three days a week working remotely

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Digital & Customer Product Manager. Joining our talented, Digital First - Customer Team, you'll report into the Director of Customer. As Digital & Customer Product Manager, you'll develop, plan and manage the delivery of a digital-led product roadmap, improving the customer experience across our brands. You'll be accountable for building the innovation pipeline to the UK Signet business across all channels, leading on key end-to-end customer focused projects, enhancing the digital product experience and compliance across the digital product portfolio.

Typical duties:
Identify digital products that address business needs or eradicate issues and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from concept to launch through to review and improvement.
Review and evaluate benefits of products through reporting and regular business updates from vendors.
Contribute to and manage UK digital and customer specific projects as determined by project.
Triage UK requests for Group roadmap items and contribute to the requirements gathering and work closely with US stakeholders to ensure UK needs are addressed
Are you the perfect Gem?
Demonstrable working knowledge of web operations or digital product ownership or project management in a multi-channel retail environment.
Proven ability to effectively manage a project team and effective cross functional relationships.
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of data flows/process mapping and user interaction design.
A solid understanding of the technologies and concepts that underpin web application development.
Proven ability to integrate third-party services effectively.
Working knowledge of web analytics, and a proven ability to interpret common reports and metrics.
Excellent working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, tooling and functionality.
