Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking for an exciting opportunity to join a reputable solicitors firm in Swansea? We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our finance team, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing client and office accounts in compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Processing payments, receipts, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
Liaising with solicitors, clients, and external bodies regarding financial matters.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies.
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Cashier in a solicitors firm.
Thorough understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules and legal accounting practices.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in legal accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.What We Offer:
