Description
Key Responsibilities:
Billing process for the UK and International working on the E3 system
Managing department queries, including write offs for the business and any general billing queries
Raising and amending credit notes
Reissuing invoices
Liaising with the cashier teams with any queries
Liaising with the Tax team regarding any issues with VAT
Monday to Friday - 9 - 5, 8 -4 or 10 - 6Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
Worked in a similar background before
Speak either German, Arabic or French would be advantageous
Knowledge of the E3 system
Known ledge with Ebilling as a lot of clients are ebilled via portals
Attention to detailJob Offer
Salary up to £35,000 per annum + 25 days holiday + pension + ongoing training and development + work from home
