As an RGN Nurse at Somerset House:
You'll be making critical clinical decisions, assessing and developing person-centred care plans.
You'll provide safe nursing care, including administering medication, dressings, and managing resident's medical conditions.
You'll play a crucial role in mentoring others and focusing on the personal needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Must be an experienced qualified nurse RGN, with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
Must be keen on developing themselves and others.

Must be driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement, with an enthusiastic approach.
Must be highly responsive under pressure.
