JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their condition and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to patients
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises for at-home care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Previous experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases
