Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a varied and autonomous role within a tight knit but well-established company which will offer you, progression opportunities to Lead QS, a car allowance, exciting projects to work on and a profit based bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company specialising in refurbishment for the Hotel, leisure, Care homes and student accommodation industries. They are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals to come on board so that they can continue their trajectory of success.

Your role will involve completing project surveys, completing contract value reconciliations, attending client and internal project meetings, and providing cash and invoicing forecasts. The company have recently won an exciting hotel refurbishment project which you will be working on.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a role in a market leading business which will offer you Progression opportunities, a car allowance and a profit based bonus.

* 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

* HNC or HND
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Lives within 50 miles of Bristol
