Position: Senior Tax Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and be able to handle a variety of tax-related tasks for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance to clients on tax-related issues
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of tax returns
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Train and mentor junior staff members on tax preparation and research
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional client service
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax preparation software and research tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
