Ultimate Care NY, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a Director of Business Operations to join our team!
The Director of Business Operations, will be responsible for overseeing and managing various home care projects to ensure their successful execution. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams/departments and external stakeholders, setting project timelines and goals, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Ultimate Care NY, a leading provider of home health care services in New York.
Compensation: 130,000- 160,000 annually -----Onsite 100% M-F-----
You will:
Manage and oversee multiple home care projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Set project goals, objectives, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Prepare project status reports for management and clients.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
You will have:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in home health care.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home health care.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
