Job Description
General Summary: Supports the stores regarding orders sent to both the POS and DVI system.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to portal requests, calls and emails from our stores for customer job orders
Key in special orders
Process edit jobs and other jobs sent to customer service for various reasons
Explain problem orders, delays or other issues
Track orders, research and expedite or rush jobs as necessary
Tag jobs and utilize reports in DVI and AS/400 to expedite orders
