About the Global Operations team
We work on initiatives to promote efficiency, mitigate risks, and cultivate the infrastructure needed for a growing organization. We work collaboratively across teams throughout the organization to build resilience, increase scalability, and develop the processes that enable the growth of Evidence Action’s impact. As our Associate, Global Operations you will report to our Associate Director, Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Management, Learning, and Training (60%)
Develop and refine learning content to streamline and increase impact of training;
Serve as the primary administrator and first line of support of our in-house learning management system;
Maintain organizational Intranet to facilitate access to critical organizational information.
Travel, Safety, and Security (30%)
Help implement the incident response system in collaboration with Operations leads;
Coordinate and improve travel procedures, including authorizations, security briefings, and additional requirements.
Climate Action (10%)
Support Climate Action initiative through tracking emissions footprint with respect to GHG protocol.
Requirements
You have up to 3 years of experience in a matrixed, professional environment with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as public health, economics, or business.
You enjoy building collaborative relationships across cross functional teams globally.
You have previously worked in an international organization or with diverse teams.
You can manage work plans and are familiar with prioritization and delegation.
You can align quickly to new and dynamic contexts.
You are aligned with the of Evidence Action.
