Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position assists in the overall general upkeep of the community. This position maintains a positive and professional attitude while helping residents with their work orders, completing make readies for vacant apartments and completing a variety of hands-on maintenance repairs.
Completes all phases of unit make ready work in accordance with established timelines, guidelines and procedures.
Completes occupied unit service requests in a timely manner, in accordance with established company and community guidelines and standards, and without supervision.
Performs grounds and housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
Participates in preventative maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair of all areas of the community, in order to preserve and maintain the asset.
