About my client
Tier 1 main contractor with National presence.
Leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out company. Delivering projects across a range of sectors including health, education, highways, justice, defence and water.
As a UK regional contractor, they provide specialist design and build capabilities and are experienced at project management and integrating all aspects of a project.
About the Role
SQS (MEP) working on projects from £1M - £20M as part of an established team
Team comprises of a project Director, 4 x project managers with an equal M&E split. Commercial Lead and a SQS
Working across the South West and Wales, based out of the Bristol office with travel to sites
Must come fro a subcontracting background and have experience of working in the building services sector for at least the last 10 years with solid experience in MEP
You must have the proven ability to produce accurate monthly cost and value reports
You must have the ability to negotiate with clients / sub contractors and draft sub contracts
