Service Advisor

Our client based in Stafford is recruiting for a Service Advisor. Working within a company that sells luxury motorhomes the role involves dealing with customers servicing requirments for their vehicle both over the phone and face to face through the companies showroom. The ideal candidate will have some working experience of customer service either face to face or over the telephone and ideally have some experience of vehicle sales or servicing (but not essential).

This is a permanent position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 in three Saturdays working 9am-1pm. The role also has an uncapped bonus scheme based on upselling.
