Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an established family run private elderly care provider for a Home Manager in Wainfleet, Skegness Lincolnshire . This is a chance to part of a medium sized provider with an excellent reputation and to be the Manager of a lovely small service. The successful Home Manager will be responsible for maintaining the current standard of the home and have the aim to reach outstanding in the future. The Current home Manager has been promoted within the group so there are also plenty of progression opportunities in the future and is also open to deputy managers stepping up as it would be a great first home to manage.

The candidate

As the Manager, you should have a good understanding of CQC compliance as well as the ability to communicate effectively with the local stakeholders. The ideal Home Manager should be dynamic, confident and can lead from the front. The Manager should also be able to follow company guidelines and policies to ensure residents are getting the highest quality of care.

* The role is open to Deputy Managers stepping up

* The Home is compliant with CQC.

* Salary is between £40,000 to £50,000 (DOE)

The service: Small sized elderly residential home. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally

Hours: Mon-Fri (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit!)
