Role: Warehouse Manager
Location: Crick, Northamptonshire (NN6 7TZ)
Shift: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000, plus bonus, healthcare and additional benefits

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of warehoused goods. To achieve this, you will have overall responsible to manage the people, processes and systems of the warehouse to provide a just in time services.
You will ensure productivity targets are met and oversee the people management of the warehouse. You will also have overall responsibility for ensuring that workplace health and safety and hygiene requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. Overall, you will need to ensure there is a high level of motivation of warehouse employees through effective leadership based on an empowered team working culture.
About You
You will have an ability to work in a fast paced environment and an ability to analyse both data and situations, offering logical solutions. You must have people management experience, change management skills, and experience of cost and budgetary control, as well as an understanding of supply chain/ businesses improvement implementation and sustainability.
