Our client is searching for a German-speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team as they continue to grow their customer base. This role will involve assisting with the daily influx of orders and queries within the customer service department.
As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks such as order processing, responding to inquiries, and providing support to German-speaking customers. Additionally, you will handle export paperwork, manage new inquiries and sales leads, and process invoices and credit notes.
We are seeking an individual fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills. While experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, it is not essential. However, a strong background in customer service and administration is essential.
As the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, the ability to efficiently handle multiple queries with a positive attitude is crucial.
