Stunning Countryside LocationAs a Chef de Partie you will be key member of a small team of Chefs and responsible for supporting the Head & Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. You will be catering for events up to 150, so for this role it requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level and with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends.
This is an amazing opportunity for a young and ambitious Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. A strong Commis or Demi CDP would also be considered for this position.
